![]() The community has been so supportive and has encouraged us to keep going each year. My parents started to realize that they were making more income off a single day a the West Tisbury Farmers Market than a week’s milk sales so they started to transition to vegetables and in 1978 they put up the roadside stand near the current location along the West Tisbury road. ![]() They started as a dairy farm and we kept milk cows through my youth. ![]() The farm was started by my parents Jim and Debbie Athearn in 1975. Morning Glory Farm’s name comes from the fulfilling feeling of setting out to the day as the sun is rising with a full days promise ahead of you.
